We have worldwide shipping!
Due to getting many orders every day, please allow 1 – 5 business days for order processing and shipment. The delivery time excludes the order processing time. Shipping time itself can approximately take from 2 days up to 5 weeks (excluding weekends & bank holidays) depending on where you live. This is because we’re shipping our jewelry directly from our warehouses to keep our prices this low! Please keep in mind that this might take a bit longer if there’s a high volume of shipments. We are also not responsible for delay/loss of package caused by airlines and couriers. The customer should communicate with the respectable couriers directly.
Some of our delivery promises will take longer than usual due to COVID-19. We apologize in advance and thank you for your patience.
Order processing details
- All orders will be shipped as a gift, try to avoid or reduce customs fee. Shipping by International Standard Shipping will avoid customs tax. However, we are not responsible for any customs fees that may occur.
- We strongly advise our customers to double check their full shipping address before placing an order at Lily Charms. We will not be responsible for lost items if the shipping address is not correct.
- During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be increased.
- We are not responsible for any international/foreign transaction fees. This fee ranges from 0% to 3% of each purchase processed internationally. Please contact your bank for further information.
Your right to cancel your order
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours after purchase, as we strive to fulfill orders ASAP. You can only cancel your order by email. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order. We can not cancel orders that are being processed or shipped.
If your order is in transit already, you will not be able to cancel your order before it reaches you. Please visit our Return & Exchanges page if you still wish to return or exchange your order after receiving your items.
